2. What is your major/minor?
Neurology, Physiology and Behavioral Biology
3. What are your future career plans?
Physician
4. Why did you join KGD?
I joined KGD because at the time I knew I wanted to work in
the medical field but I wasn't sure what exactly I had to do
to get into med school or what I wanted to specialize in. I
needed motivation and to be surrounded by girls that had similar goals.
5. How has KGD changed your life?
Joining really helped me focus-- that was the big thing for me. The sorority definitely got me back
on track and the girls are amazing!
6. What is your favorite part of KGD?
Meeting and bonding with all the girls. It's also nice that since we are all pre-med/health we end up
taking the same classes. I love studying as a group and asking the other girls what professors and
classes I should take (test bank is also a plus). I also love the events we hold/participate in and the
socials we have.
7.What are your interests?
I love anything that has to do with the outdoors- mostly backpacking. I love volleyball, arts and
craft stuff, and reading good books. I also took up the guitar and keyboard.
8. What type of extracurriculars are you involved with?
I currently have an internship with the UCDMC in the Pediatric Emergency Room which I am
really excited about. Besides that I usually play an IM sport every quarter and try to focus on
academics the rest of the time.
