1. Which pledge class did you cross with?
Alpha Lambda

2. What is your major/minor?
Exercise Biology with a minor in Education

3. What are your future career plans?
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine! Family Practice =)
Honestly, I didn't join knowing that I wanted to be a doctor.
Or even so specifically, a doctor with a D.O. degree. I was
actually very convinced at one point that I wanted to teach!
But it's true when they say you really just have to listen to
your calling. You may not hear it today; you may not hear it
tomorrow, but just have faith that you'll hear it eventually. I really believe that it was destiny
and fate that have brought me to the place I am at today!

4. Why did you join KGD?
When I first decided to rush for KGD, I think I was still more focused on the academic aspect of it.
However, with time, I realized the value in appreciating the social network in that books are hard
to teach one the element of understanding human nature, in understanding compassion,
empathy, and trust.

5. How has KGD changed your life?
KGD has really helped me become a sociable person.  I used to be a very shy and introverted
individual, but with time, my true personality emerged.  Haha, but more importantly, the
dedicated girls within KGD have only offered me inspiration and support and I can't thank them
enough.

6. What is your favorite part of KGD?
My favorite part of KGD is that everyone in the sorority is unique and have something different to
offer to the Sisterhood; there's never a dull moment. :)

7. What are your interests?
Art (of any type), reading, swimming, and running. I also hope to have some time to look into yoga
and meditation (for if the mind is well, the body is well!). I love summer time...and would love
spring more, if not for the allergies. :(

8. What type of extracurriculars are you involved with?
I'm currently an undergraduate clinical research assistant in the study, the Efficacy of
Acupunture on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome at UCDMC (what a long title!). I am  also a PA at Paul
Hom Asian Clinic as well as a tutor for high school students in math and chemistry.
